We don't want your unwanted clothes to go to waste, so we are excited to be partnering with The Salvation Army to provide a charitable and sustainable solution where our UK customers can donate any brand of clothing via our take-back programme.

If you have clothes that you no longer want, give them a second life by adding a Salvation Army Bag to your order. You can fill it with 6 of your unwanted clothing items and send it on to charity, where it will be distributed to charity stores or recycled. Hassle-free and more sustainable!

STEP ONE

Add the Salvation Army Bag to your basket.

STEP TWO

Once you've received your bag, fill it with 6 items of clothing (from any retailer).

STEP THREE

Scan the QR code on the bag, which will take you to our take back portal.

STEP FOUR

Pick which delivery method is best for you. You can choose between DPD (printer needed) or Collect + and InPost (no printer needed).

STEP FIVE

You'll then recieve an email. From there download the attached QR code or label and take your parcel to your local drop-off point.

How it works?
HERA X Salvation Army take back scheme is a simple and easy to use online clothing bank solution offering our customers the opportunity to donate their unwanted textiles. It’s the modern approach to charitable donations and an efficient way to combat the throwaway fashion crisis. Once received by the Salvation Team, the charitable donations will change lives as the profits received from the resale of their pre-loved items will be donated to The Salvation Army.

What can I donate?
Clothing, shoes, and accessories from any brand can be donated. It’s a good charitable and sustainable solution to rehoming your pre-loved pieces. They can be in any condition! Your donations can be used for all kinds of purposes, from resale to recycling the materials into new products or remanufacturing into fillers for soundproofing or insulation, there is so much that they can be used for. As long as your parcel is secure, no heavier than 20kg and with no 2 sides longer than 120cm, send anything that you have.

Can I donate if Ilive outside the UK?
