Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are currently not available. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first. Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned to us (that is not a HERA product) will be the responsibility of the sender, not HERA. We will only cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.
All items must be returned unworn, and as new, with the original tag still attached. Men’s swimwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons Underwear can be returned as long as the hygiene strip has not been removed. Socks are non-returnable due to hygiene reason . All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached.
Please be very careful when trying products on please ensure not to leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.
Please note that if you return any items outside of the 30 day return period and you have not been advised to do so by us at Hera Clothing you will forfeit your item. We will not be able to return it to you either.
Any e-gift card purchases cannot be exchanged for refund. No change or refund will be given, except in accordance with your statutory rights. Any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases, provided the card has not expired.

If your Product is covered by this warranty and fails due to a defect that is attributable to normal wear and tear as a result of ordinary use or the natural breakdown of materials due to extended use over time we will look to repair the Product without charge. If the damage cannot be repaired HERA Clothing may replace the Product, in its sole discretion, while stocks last. The Product can only be replaced with the same size & colour as the original Product, if this is out of stock a replacement is not possible.
Examples of defects caused by normal wear and tear; broken buttons, broken zips & broken seams.
Limitations and Exclusions
The products that are eligible for the lifetime warranty, are covered so long as the Products are still with the original owner, and only for the lifetime for the Product. In for the demonstrate this, HERA Clothing may ask you for the original receipt.
A maximum of one (1) HERA Clothing Product per person may be presented for this warranty. Other HERA Clothing garments are excluded from this offer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care or use and intentional or negligent acts from the consumer or third parties.
To initiate a warranty claim to email customerservice@heraclothing.com with the below details:
1. Attach photos of the garment defect- we ask that you send at least 2 images of the affected area. In addition, we ask that you attached a picture of the size label found inside the garment as well as the care label.
Requirements for photos:
- Feel free to attach more than two- taking photos from different angles. In addition, please attach a photo of the size label and care label. (see below)
- The images you supply must be clear, the information on the labels must be legible.
- If we cannot process your claim with the images provided, you will be given instructions to send the garment to our customer support team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
- Include the below details in your email:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Description of the defect
- We accept only 1 garment per submission.
- Please allow 3-4 working days for us to respond to your claim.
All decisions are final, HERA Clothing reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (together with any other documents referred to in it) explain the terms and conditions on which Hera Clothing Limited (“Hera Clothing”, “we”, “our”, and “us”) supply our online service to you for orders Hera Clothing clothing (“goods”) placed via our website (www.store-hera.com) (our “Site”).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you submit your order to us as these terms will apply to all orders you place. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not place an order.

In addition to these terms and conditions, your use of the Site and any orders you place are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read these carefully as they contain important terms which apply to you.

The contract between us
- Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
- We will send you an order confirmation which will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Price
- The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on the product pages of our Site (exclusive of VAT).
- It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out on our Site in our FAQ page.

Our goods
- The images of our goods on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
- The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Minor differences in the colour or finish of the goods resulting from the processing of the goods will not cause the goods to be considered of unsatisfactory quality.
- Where we have given you the opportunity to examine the goods before the contract is made any defects in the goods which have been specifically drawn to your attention or are reasonably apparent on examination will not cause the goods to be considered of unsatisfactory quality.
- Defects which have arisen from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, exposure to sunlight, failure to follow any care instructions we provide to you or any misuse of the goods will not cause the goods to be considered of unsatisfactory quality .
- Right for you to cancel your contract
If you have made an error
- If you make an order in error and fully complete it on site including payment please email us as soon as possible on customerservice@heraclothing.com including your order number (found on your order confirmation). If your order has not been dispatched we will be able to refund the total paid by yourself including delivery costs. Once we have processed your request for a refund, any sum debited to us from your account will be credited to your account. We endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We find it usually takes up to fourteen days for your refund to be shown in your account.
- If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to return your item to us by following the returns procedure. We will only pay for the cost of your return postage to us if you item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.
If you change your mind
- For most of our goods you order, you may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the thirtieth day from the date you receive the ordered goods and receive a refund (“refund period”). If you change your mind after the refund period you will have the option to be issued with store credit to the same value of your returned item provided that your item is returned to us before the end of the thirtieth day from the date you received the ordered goods.
- You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. We will only refund any original delivery costs and the cost of your return postage to us if you item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.
- To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. To cancel your order online please use the procedure in our FAQs.
- If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
- Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
If your item is faulty or incorrect
- If you receive a faulty item, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from the date you receive the faulty item of its unsuitability and we will then advise on how to proceed. We will refund or exchange any faulty items within 30 days from the date you receive it. We will refund the original postage costs for all faulty items.
- If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will then advise on how to proceed. You have 30 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us. We will refund the original postage costs for all incorrect items.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- we do not deliver to your area; or
- one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
- If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Delivery of goods to you
- We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
- Our delivery costs are set out in in our Delivery table available in our FAQ's.
- You will receive an estimated delivery date with your order confirmation which is an estimate only and we will not be obliged to deliver the goods to you by the estimated delivery date. Delivery will be made as soon as reasonably possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
- Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
- You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once we have received payment for the goods in full.

Liability
- If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
- We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
- We only supply our goods for domestic and private use. If you use our goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at Hera Clothing Limited, One Eleven, Edmund Street, Birmingham, England, B3 2HJ and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our Site from time to time.
- Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
- Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
- Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
- Third party rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the United Kingdom Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
- No waiver
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

- Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed and construed with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and orders made pursuant to it.
- Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current Site prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

HERA HUSTLE - INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (referred to as "General Terms") apply to the competition “HERA HUSTLE INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY” promoted by HERA Clothing Limited (which we may refer to as "we" or "us"). We refer to this competition as “the Competition" in these General Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or amend these General Terms at any time without prior notice. You should check our website regularly for any changes, which will enter into effect from the date that they are uploaded online onto the website
By entering this Competition you agree that you will be legally bound by these General Terms and also any applicable Specific Terms. Any participant who refuses to accept these General Terms, any Specific Terms, and any modification(s) made to any Terms must cease to partake in the Prize process.
2. IDENTITY OF THE PROMOTER OF THE COMPETITION
The "promoter" of a Competition is legally responsible for operating it. Unless any Specific Terms tell you otherwise, the promoter of the Competition will be HERA Clothing.

3. ELIGIBILITY RULES FOR ENTRY OF OUR COMPETITIONS
All Entrants must be aged 18 years or older, live in the United Kingdom, and identify as a female.
It will be our sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these General Terms.
Employees (including their immediate family and household members) of HERA Clothing, or its subsidiary or associated companies, or any prize provider, may not enter the Competition.
4. ENTRY AND ENTRY METHODS
Deficient entries: In all Competitions, we reserve the right to reject any entries that are inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible, damaged or otherwise deficient. We also reserve the right to reject entries that are unlawful, indecent, racist, inflammatory, defamatory or which we consider to be otherwise harmful to the goodwill and reputation of any of our publications, websites or brands. We accept no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to texts, calls or emails not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason. Proof of posting of any postal entry will not be proof of our receipt of that entry.
Names: Entrants must enter Competitions using their legal name once only. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any prize they may have won.
Multiple Entries. Unless otherwise permitted pursuant to any Specific Terms, no person may enter any Competition more than once and any person may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company.
Retrospective Effect. Where an entrant or prizewinner has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of the Competition and in particular where a person is in breach of Intellectual Property restrictions, we may nevertheless still enforce our right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or prizewinner in question.
5. SELECTION OF FINAL 2 ENTRANTS
HERA Clothing will in its absolute discretion select who they consider to be the best 2 Entrants to the Competition.
HERA Clothing will publish on its social media accounts the names of the n2 selected Entrants with details of the Entrants applications, and alert the entrants via their given contact details.

We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value.
All prizewinners will be notified that they have won a prize of the Competition via at least one (1) of the following methods:
(a) by telephone; or
(b) in writing (including by email).
We reserve the right to request proof of a prizewinner's identity in the form of a passport or driver's licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. In the event that a prizewinner cannot provide us with proof of identity reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prizewinner.
No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in any prize unless stated. For example, the costs of transport to and from a venue or an event are not included.
A list of prizewinners for a Competition can be obtained by writing to hello@heraclothing.com and quoting the name of the Competition.
8. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
All prizes must be claimed within twenty-one (21) days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prizewinners or not to award them at all. We shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected.
If you call to claim a prize from a "withheld number" line you must provide us with your contact details, otherwise we may be unable to contact you and you may as a result forfeit your prize.
If we receive a request to remove the personal information of any entrant prior to the conclusion of the Competition and/or award of prize(s), that entrant will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.
Should an entrant be required to submit a third party's personal information as a part of entry into or participation in any Competition, each entrant must ensure that any other person whose details have been provided by the entrant to us has given or will give their consent for their details to be provided to us and to be contacted by us in relation to the relevant Competitions.
It is a condition entry to our Competitions that we have the right to publicise to the public the names, countries and submissions of entrants to our Competitions and otherwise to process your personal information for the running of the Competitions and matters incidental to the Competition.
Entrants also acknowledge that publicity materials featuring them may be provided to our third party prize providers for the purposes of promoting their association with the Competition and awarding the relevant prizes.
No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any Competition or any publicity relating to the Competition.
By entering the Competition entrants warrant and undertake that the information submitted is true, accurate and complete.
HERA Clothing accepts no responsibility for comments posted about the entrant in connection with the Competition on social media by third parties.
9. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information supplied by entrants when entering our Competitions, or otherwise requested by us, and the personal information provided by voters will be used by us in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found at www.heraclothing.com or as modified for the Competition. You should always read the privacy policy as your participation in the relevant Competition is an agreement to be bound by the privacy policy.
All entrants and voters may have their details removed from our database by contacting us.
10. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS
If any photographs or video clips are submitted as a part of entry into or participation and used in the Competition (collectively referred to in these General Terms as "Photograph"):
(a) entrants warrant that they are the person in the Photograph or have prior approval from the person in the Photograph that it may be submitted as part of their entry;
(b) entrants agree that we have the right to publish and communicate to the public the Photograph in any media including, but not limited to, online, at all times without restriction or limitation throughout the world and not only for the purposes of the Competition;
(c) entrants acknowledge that we may edit the Photograph in our sole discretion;
(d) entrants agree that we have the right to use entrants' names, likenesses and other personal information in conjunction with the Photograph;
(e) entrants agree not to bring against us any actions, suits, claims and demands in respect of defamation or any infringement or violation of any personal and/or property rights of any sort from our use of their Photograph;
(f) entrants unconditionally waive their right to seek or obtain an injunction to prevent or restrict our use of the Photograph.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OTHER RIGHTS
By entering our Competitions all entrants:
(a) undertake to us that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights and will not contain anything, which is defamatory, indecent, harassing or threatening and that they will indemnify us for any loss, damage or liability arising should this turn out not to be true. If relevant, we reserve the right, but not the obligation (and without limiting entrants' warranty and indemnity as set out above), to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by the entrant and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same;
(b) warrant that the all ideas and materials submitted as a part of entry into or participation and used in the Competition are original to the participant.
For the avoidance of doubt, all rights in the name and title of the Competition and the format rights for the Competition are our sole property and we may exploit the same our absolute discretion.
12. TECHNICAL AND OTHER MATTERS
If for any reason any Competition is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and/or any draw or judging related to the Competition and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
13. LEAVE FOR PARTICIPATION
Obtaining time off work and/or study or related activities to participate in a Competition and/or take a prize will be the sole and absolute responsibility of each contestant.
14. TERMINATION OF COMPETITION
We may vary the terms of, or terminate, a Competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. We will not award the prize if the Competition is terminated.
15. DECISIONS FINAL
All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
16. FAILURE TO ENFORCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prize winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.
17. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prizewinner in connection with or arising out of any Competition howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing in these General Terms shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
By entering the Competition, the entrant indemnifies us against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the entrant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the entrant herein.
In the event that any provision of these General (or any Specific) Terms are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
18. LAWS
These General Terms (and any Specific Terms) shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
