HERA Collective T&C's

1) General 

  1. a) Hera Collective is promoted by Hera Clothing Limited (company number 09260919 whose registered office is at 1 George Street, Wolverhampton, England, WV2 4DG
  2. b) Before joining or participating with Hera Collective please read the following terms carefully. To join:
  3. i) Existing heraclothing.com account customers will be auto enrolled as members of HERA Collective 
  4. ii) New heraclothing.com account customers will be auto enrolled as members of the HERA Collective when they sign up to an Hera Clothing account, provided in each case that they meet the membership criteria (see  who can be a member of HERA Collective ?).

When you become a member of HERA Collective, you agree to be bound by the following terms so please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, or wish to delete your heraclothing.com account, please email customerservice@heraclothing.com  

  1. c) The terms may change from time to time. We will let you know when we make any changes to HERA Collective by email and through signage on our website, however, please also ensure you check these terms regularly for updates.

2) What is HERA Collective? 

HERA Collective is a loyalty programme where we reward our members when they carry out certain actions and activities. It's free to become a member and you can redeem rewards you earn as part of HERA Collective at heraclothing.com 

3) Who can be a member of HERA Collective  

  1. a) To be a member of HERA Collective you must:
  2. i) be 16 years old or older;
  3. ii) be an individual using HERA Collective for your personal use only; and

iii) have a valid email address which is either linked to an existing heraclothing.com account, or which is used when creating a new, heraclothing.com account. 

  1. b) You can create an heraclothing.com account (an "Account") by:
  2. i) visiting the following link and clicking "CREATE ACCOUNT"; and
  3. ii) completing the form with your first name, surname, valid email address and password and clicking "CREATE AN ACCOUNT".

4) How does HERA Collective enrolment work? 

  1. a) You will be auto enrolled as a new member as soon as you create an Account with us.
  2. b) If you have an existing Account with us, you will, upon launch of HERA Collective be auto enrolled as a Hera Collective Member. 
  3. c) You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide when creating your Account is correct. If your Account information changes, please ensure you promptly contact customerservice@heraclothing.com so we can update where we are able to.

 d) You may only have one Account per person. If you find you have more than one Account please contact customerservice@heraclothing.com and we will help to rectify this for you. 

5) How does HERA Collective work and how do I earn points? 

  1. a) HERA Collective works in two ways:
  2. i) you earn points which you can use to exchange for HERA vouchers and other rewards as soon as you have reached the required number of points (Reward Points); and
  3. ii) the Reward Points you earn accrue to help you to reach a certain tier status which provide you with access to additional Note that exchanging your Reward Points for HERA rewards will not impact your Reward Points balance for the purpose of your tier status unless stated otherwise below.
  4. b) HERA Collective members can visit the rewards page in their Account to check their Points total, their tier status and access other benefits.

6) Points

  1. a) You can receive Points by doing the following:

You join HERA Collective for the first time. You can only receive these Points once per account.  

25 Points  

You make a purchase on heraclothing.com. You can receive these Reward Points multiple times unless, in HERA Clothing’s sole discretion, it declares any activity fraudulent. 

£1 spend is equal to 10 Points  

You provide a valid birthdate on your Account. You can only receive these Points once per Account.  

Reward Points are only awarded ahead of the birthdate when a birthdate is provided a minimum of 30 days prior to the birthdate. 

When you provide your birthdate, you will also receive one birthday voucher from us on your birthday every year (in line with the birthdate as advised by you) , this will differ depending on what tier you are currently in. Please refer to the tiers here. 

The birthday voucher is for a use in a single transaction, is one time use, non transferable and is valid for 2 months from the date you receive your voucher. Minimum spend £50.  

100 Points 

You write a review, your review complies with the rules set by our third party monitoring system and your review is posted on heraclothing.com You can only receive these Reward Points once in each 14 consecutive day period and capped at 5 product reviews. 

30 Points 

You follow HERA Clothing on Instagram or TikTok (via the link on the rewards page in your Account only). You can only receive these Reward Points once per social media platform per Account. 

10 Points per Social Media platform  

You refer a friend (via the link on the rewards page in your Account only) and your friend makes their first purchase of £60 or more (with no refunds or cancellations of that order). You can receive these Reward Points multiple times unless in HERA Clothing’s sole discretion it declares any activity fraudulent, but you can only make one referral in any 7 consecutive day period and you can only refer the same friend once. 

100 Points  

You make three purchases over the threshold of £40 each in one consecutive 12 month period. You can only receive these Reward Points once in each consecutive 12 month period.

  1. b) You must be logged into your Account on heraclothing.com to receive Points when you make a purchase online. If you are not logged into to your Account you will not receive Points.
  2. c) Points will usually be awarded within 1 day of completing the action set out above. If you have not received your Reward Points after 2 working days of completing the action set out above please contact us.
  3. d) Points will automatically expire and be cleared from your Account after 12 months of inactivity. In this context, inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any Points within 12 months.

7) What Rewards can I exchange Points for? 

  1. a) Rewards will vary from time to time and may include HERA vouchers that give you a certain amount off your order, when you spend the minimum order threshold. You can find a list of the latest rewards here (the "Rewards", each a "Reward").
  2. b) Once you have earned sufficient Reward Points to redeem a Reward, you can choose your monetary reward value by clicking ‘redeem’ at the bottom of the Reward page in your Account to unlock a discount code which you can use on your next order. We may also notify you by email that you have sufficient Reward Points to redeem a Reward.
  3. c) Your Rewards can be viewed in the history tab on the rewards page in your Account. You can also view all previous Rewards in the rewards history tab on the rewards page.
  4. d) Once you receive your Reward if it has a discount or voucher code you can add it to your order when checking out at com
  5. e) Rewards:
  6. i) are one time use only (unless stated otherwise)
  7. ii) are for your personal use only;

iii) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold or resold; 

  1. iv) cannot be redeemed for cash;
  2. v) cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards and any other discount codes or vouchers (unless stated otherwise); and
  3. vi) are awarded at our sole discretion.

8) Tiers 

  1. a) When you accrue Reward Points, it helps you to escalate through the four membership tiers in order to receive additional The Tiers work as follows:

  1. b) Upon joining HERA Collective, all Members will be placed in Collective and automatically receive 10 Points.
  2. c) Hera Collective runs for an initial 12-month period from the date a member joins (the "Initial Period") and for rolling periods of 12 months thereafter unless you upgrade to a new Tier (see below).
  3. d) If, upon expiry of the Initial Period or any 12-month anniversary of the same, you achieve (in the immediate 12 months preceding any such period) less than 2500 Points, you will remain in Collective and your Points will reset to 0 for the purposes of the Tier level ready to accrue new Points.
  4. e) If, during the Initial Period or any 12-month anniversary of the same, you are in Collective and achieve:
  5. i) 2500 or more Points, then you will immediately move to Squad; or
  6. ii) 5000 or more Points, then you will immediately move to Varsity

iii) 10000 or more Points, then you will immediately move to MVP 

(each an "Upgrade"). 

  1. f) Following Upgrade, you will remain in the applicable Tier for 12 months from the date you entered that
  2. g) Upon the 12 month anniversary of the Upgrade, if you are in Squad and achieve (in the immediate 12 months preceding the Upgrade):
  3. i) 5000 or more Points, then you will move to Varsity (unless you have already moved to Varsity)
  4. ii) 2500-4999 (inclusive) Points, then you will remain in Squad or

iii) less than 2500, then you will move to Collective and your Points will reset to 0 for the purposes of the Tier level. 

  1. h) Upon the 12 month anniversary of the Upgrade, if you are in Varsity and achieve (in the immediate 12 months preceding the Upgrade):
  2. ii) 5000- 9999 (inclusive) Points, then you will remain in Varsity

iii) 2500 -4999 (inclusive) Points, then you will move to Squad or 

iiii) less than 2500 Points, then you will move to Collective and your Points will reset to 0 for the purposes of the Tier level. 

  1. I) Upon the 12 month anniversary of the Upgrade, if you are in MVP and achieve (in the immediate 12 months preceding the Upgrade):

ii)10000 Points or more then you will remain in MVP 

iii) 5000-9999 (inclusive) Points, then you will move to Varsity or 

iiii) 2500-4999 Points, then you will move to Squad 

iiiii) less than 2500 Points, then you will move to Collective and your Points will reset to 0 for the purposes of the Tier level 

  1. i) We reserve the right to add or remove a HERA collective member from any Tier, and/or terminate their Account, if in our sole discretion we decided that the member's activity and/or the Points earned to achieve a tier status was fraudulent or an abuse of these terms.
  2. k) Escalation to the next Tier may take up to 48 hours to be reflected in the rewards page in your Account. If you believe that Reward Points have not been properly applied to your Account, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@heraclothing.com In your email please specify your name and email address associated with HERA Collective , the date of the activity, and the issue(s) encountered.
  3. l) You can check your Points progress using the rewards page in your Account. You can also learn more about upcoming actions and rewards by looking out for emails from us (provided you have opted in to receive emails).
  4. m) Points which are credited to you may be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of the applicable purchases which accrued Points are returned to us, refunded, or cancelled, which may downgrade any tier status that you have achieved.

9) Making changes to HERA Collective  

  1. a) We reserve the right (in our sole but reasonable discretion) to make changes to Tier benefits, how you earn Points, how you redeem Rewards, how we reward your purchases from time to time by giving notice to you, only where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances. We may place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for HERA Collective, the number or type of Rewards or benefits you may receive or earn.
  2. b) Any changes we make will be notified to you through email, updates to the rewards page, and an update to these terms. If you do not agree to any proposed changes made to HERA Collective you may close your Account by contacting customerservice@heraclothing.com
  3.  

    c) We can always make changes to HERA Collective or these terms:
  4. i) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
  5. ii) to make minor technical adjustments and improvements (these are changes that don't affect your use of or participation in HERA Collective); or

iii) to change the way the terms are drafting to make them fairer or clearer to you. 

10) Responsibility for loss or damage 

  1. a) We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us when you participate in HERA Collective unless the loss is:

i) Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable). 

ii) Caused by a delaying event outside our control. 

iii) Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for use. 

iv) A business loss. It relates to your use of a product for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession. 

  1. b) We are not responsible for any Reward which is lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party or for actions which are deemed abusive offensive, untrue, libellous or illegal or fraudulent or due to not following these terms, or if the credit of Points is obtained through other activity that violates these terms.
  2. c) We may remove you from HERA Collective at any time in our sole but reasonable discretion if you:
  3. i) fail to comply with these terms;
  4. ii) carry out illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with the terms or which we consider is detrimental to our interests.
  5. d) If you are removed from HERA Collective your Points and Rewards will automatically expire and you will no longer receive any Tier benefits.

11) Events outside of our control 

If we cannot provide HERA Collective as it is impacted by an event outside our control we contact you as soon as possible to let you know. 

12) Closing your Account or opting out of HERA Collective  

Being a member of HERA Collective is inherent to your Account registration. Therefore, if you wish to close your Account and/or opt-out of HERA Collective communications, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@heraclothing.com who will be happy to assist. 

13) Governing law 

These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, or Scotland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. 

14) Privacy and data protection 

How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our privacy policy.
