HERA Rewear is a platform for buying and the trade-in of second-hand HERA clothing. The aim is to extend the useful life of clothing, reduce clothing waste and encourage the reuse of products instead of discarding them, creating a more circular journey.

HOW TO TRADE IN

Follow the steps below to begin your HERA Rewear trade-in, to earn points on your HERA collective rewards account.

HOW MANY POINTS CAN I EARN?

STEP ONE

Start the trade-in of your HERA item.

1. Please note you will need a HERA collective rewards account to receive credits from a successful trade-in.

2. Provide the order number.

3. The system will tell you which items can be taken in by our Rewear programme. Please note that not all HERA items are included.

4. Enter your details, email, & address – we need your address in case there are any issues & we need to return the item to you.

Tell us more about the HERA item.

STEP THREE

You'll then get a QR code in the portal, your local Royal Mail Post office will print the label for you.

Package up your item - we advise you to package them up in a substantial way so the item does not get damaged.

STEP FOUR

Take the package to your local Royal Mail post office to send to HERA. Make sure to keep proof of postage.

STEP FIVE

What happens next?

1. Your package arrives back at HERA.

2. It's verified by our product specialists & cleaned.

3. Within 5-7 working days you will receive an email verifying if the product has passed the checks, and you will receive the agreed credit to your HERA collective account.

4. If your product has not been accepted due to not meeting the conditions outlined, it will be donated to the Salvation Army charity.

What is ReWear?
HERA Rewear is a platform for buying and selling second-hand HERA clothing. The aim is to extend the useful life of clothing, reduce clothing waste and encourage the reuse of products instead of discarding them, creating a more circular journey. HERA Rewear is an endorsement of the quality of our clothes, and the multiple lives they can have. Having not just partnered with a pre-existing repair platform or marketplace, we are proud to be offering our own integrated services, to provide the best experience possible for our customers.   

Who am I buying from?
You will only be able to purchase pre-loved HERA product with our quality guarantee on our website. This product has been sent in to us by our existing customers and if it has made it on to the HERA Rewear section of our website, it’s of our guaranteed quality.

Can I return an item?
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Is HERA guaranteeing the quality of items sold on this site? 
HERA ReWear is an endorsement of the quality of our clothes, and the multiple lives they can have. Having not just partnered with a pre-existing repair platform or marketplace, we are proud to be offering our own integrated services, to provide the best experience possible for our customers.   

What items can I trade in on HERA ReWear? 
HERA Rewear allows you to trade in any HERA product that has been launched since 1st September 2022 by new management. We do not accept trade-in of any items that are not HERA.

Can I trade in an item if I don't live in the United Kingdom? 
No. HERA ReWear is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations.

What condition does my item need to be in to sell? 
We only accept items that are in good condition. For example, we do not accept items that have major rips, stains or missing/broken buttons or zippers.
